- Booking Infants & Children
All infants (0-2yrs) and children (3-11yrs) must be included in the booking to ensure the appropriate vehicle and space is provided.
If you are booking a private transfer, we do recommend the use of booster or child seats for those under the age of 12, or up to 135cm, for safety purposes.
We are able to guarantee pre-booked child and booster seats in the majority of destinations, and this option is available as part of the booking process. If this option does not show in the booking process, don’t worry. We can still offer pre-booked child and booster seats in many areas not covered on the website. Just drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference and age of the children. We will then confirm availability with the supplier and contact you to confirm. Please bear in mind that charges do apply in both instances.
- Do they have baby seats and boosters?
Yes, we have baby chairs and boosters, free of charge but with the obligation to communicate it previously.
- How many bags can I carry without inconvenience?
One large suitcase per person, plus one median. In case of carrying excess baggage it should be communicated, such as golf bags, extra suitcases, etc.
- Can the driver help me with my luggage?
Always, since it is part of our work philosophy.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
We will be aware of your flight information, whether you are behind or ahead. That is why it is very important that you detail in the booking form your flight number, in order to be informed in real time of your flight information.
- What does the price include?
The price of a single ticket includes a one-way journey for the route booked. A return ticket includes both the arrival and departure journeys for the route booked. Our shared shuttle services are priced per private vehicles such as taxis and minibuses, these are priced per vehicle.
Please note that the price does not include gratuities, which is at the passenger’s discretion.
Child seats (where available), excess luggage, sport equipment etc., may incur additional cost. Please see sections below for more information.
- How can I find the driver both at the airport and at the hotel or wherever he is?
Upon arrival at the airport or train station, the driver will be waiting for you in the main room with a properly detailed sign with your name and surname. If you can not find you, you have the contact telephone number +34 639 836 568 (WhatsApp) enabled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Are the insured vehicles complying with the law?
All our vehicles are properly insured, as dictated by the different transport laws.
- Can I change the transfer or cancel it?
All reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge ALWAYS that the change or cancellation is communicated 24 hours in advance via phone +34 639 836 568 (WhatsApp) or email email@example.com.
